History
Yohal Dakan was born on the Demilitarized world of Dorvan V. His father was a Madrasad recruiter working on the planet, and his mother was in the administration staff employed in the planetary governor's office.
At the age of five, he moved to Kora II to seek a military-oriented education. As a teenager, he enrolled in the military academy on Kora. After graduation, he served for a brief time as a combat engineer in Kora's planetary defense infantry. He was dissatisfied with service in the infantry, and eventually sought a transfer to the Union's space forces. This led to his transfer to the 12th Order's naval forces under Joruk Lekar and Nemoris Tolmak.
During a Madrasad restructuring, he moved to the 2nd Order under Takor Xran. Following several promotions he now possesses the role of Guln (2nd in Command) of the 2nd Order of the Cardassian Guard.
