Organization
Pre-Dominion
Organized as a republic, with a strong leader and some elected people to govern their planets, the Vorta were open to suggestions and improvements all the time, thus making them a very flexible empire, fast in terms to adapt to new situations. Having content inhabitants, their economy was unusual strong, making attempts from other empires to overtake the Vorta by economical methods failing before they even started, e.g. the 2nd attempt of the Moihl Republic to overtake the Vorta in the year 963.
Dominion
The Dominion organized the Vorta in a military form, as well as it did it with all the other races. They are still the main race of the Tel Cynar, and they are the direct contact to the Founders. The Founders can be traced back to the first members of the Palle Cynar. The Vorta are work as diplomats and spies, and the command starbases. Please see the Organization of the Tel Cynar for detailed informations.
Role Playing
Generally, Vorta act self-confident. They are a very important link in the Dominion. They may be a little bit arrogant, but should be careful when Jem'Hadar are around... Basically, they act calm, composed, from a superior position. On our TrekMUSH Dominion, the Vorta are no longer the only representatives in administrative posts, what might create some tensions among them and other non-Vorta.
Vorta usually join the Tel Cynar, or stay Civilians. In very rare occasions, Vorta can join the Pol Kollum or the Kae Oleera.
