Thot Venar Kethu Dar was the Supreme Ruler of the Breen Confederacy.

OOC Information
Venar has been around since September 2001. He is an admin on ATS, however has has also be an admin of the Klingons, Romulans, Federation and Ferengi(As Auditor).
IC Information
Currently Status unknown. Last seen in public on Breen at least 5 or more years ago.

History
Venar Kethu Dar came to power after Thot Okesh Xilk Tre brutally killed most of the Kethu Dar house and unified the Breen. Okesh's rule was short lived as after a skirmish with the Cardassian Order he was removed from his encounter suit and died from exposure. Venar witnessed the event and was return to the Confederacy alive to relay the events. With no oposition left Venar claimed power and held this position for many years until stepping aside and fading from public image.
