History
Tolfar was created in November, 2007. I have also played Shokkal cha'Thander, the former Prime Minister of Earth, an undisciplined Vulcan.

In Character (IC) Information
Background
Tolfar Shkork was born on Bajor, in the year 2368. He grew up in the Kendra Province. Tolfar grew up in a wealthy family, his father a businessman, his mother a simple housewife. Tolfar's grandfather was a Foreign Minister before his death. His grandfather told him stories of the great resistance during Tolfar's childhood, causing the young Bajoran to grow resentful and prejudice against the Cardassian people. His resentment and hatred goes deeper than your average Bajoran.
When Tolfar was 18, he joined the Bajoran Defense force, specializing in Operations and Engineering. Tolfar also excelled in hand-to-hand combat. He was assigned to Deep Space Nine, where he served for six years. After his Deep Space Nine tenure, Tolfar was assigned to the Executive Officer's position onboard the BSV Redeemer.
Tolfar showed excellent leadership skills, and proved a cool-head in tense situations. After his five-year stint on the Redeemer, Tolfar was assigned to the Command position of the BSV Freedom, an Orion-class Battlecruiser.
The BSV Freedom was sent to the Gamma Quadrant for Science & Exploration missions, where the crew made First Contact with several species, and engaged in several battles with hostile forces. The GQ missions are still classified.
After 7 years in the Gamma Quadrant, the BSV Freedom has been assigned to Deep Space Nine, where the crew is currently stationed.

Appearance
Top-heavy tousseled blonde locks threaten to fall into the man's eyes, his wavy hair falling over his ears, and curling to his neck. Soft baby blue eyes look out at the world with a sense of conviction, but lack the wrinkles of age. Smooth skin also gives tale to the fact the man is in his early thirties, as the shade is a light brown complection. Features are what defines this man from the set of his jawline to the sharpness of his nose. The firm set of his jaw is lacking any true marks of facial hair. Thick, full lips are crafted in neither smirk nor scowl, but a common place somewhere in between both. Tolfar stands at a tall, 6'4", a veritable mountain of a man in height.
He is wearing a red Bajoran uniform. The uniform is loose enough to be comfortable without a sloppy appearance. Most of the tunic is a dark shade of red, but the shoulders and arms are dark yellow. On the collar is insignia for the rank of Nepet, and on the right side of his chest is a glimmering compin in the shape of the Bajoran insignia. Around his waist is a black utility belt. His pants match the darker color of red on his tunic. He wears a pair of highly shined black boots on his feet.
He is wearing an earring of a brushed silver-like metal in his right ear. A fine silver chain connects the earring to a matching earcuff at the top of his ear.
