Suggestions

I was thinking that arranging the list of factions into PC and NPC, and then ordering them in alphabetical order might be easier for people to find what they want. That way they don't have to trawl through the whole list. Any thoughts? --Boerehk 12:01, 14 March 2006 (PST)

Sure

I'm all in favor of restructuring -- I just cut&pasted from the @in to get something in here to link the Cardassian homepage from. Alphabetic and by PC/NPC seems like a sensible sort.

Borderline cases

How would you categorize factions like the BFN and Qvarne, which are NPC-controlled and invite-only, but which do allow select PC members?

NPCs

I'm adding some information for some of the NPC organizations. I started with the easiest (the Tholian Assembly), and there's an article up there now for them. The Tholian (race) article still needs to be worked out and such, but since there's so little actually known about the Tholians, it's very easy to pop up their page.

Tackling the Dominion may very well likely kill me, though.

We could have a third category ("Semi-NPC" or something like that). Although the game itself doesn't recognize that, something like it seems to fit the special cases and they do exist.

I'd think that such factions also might want to post their policies on such things (I'll be doing that soon for BFN).
