Command Description
CONSOLE REPORT Show list of consoles, who is manning them, and their current modes.

MAN <console> Man the specified console.

Engineering

Command Description
ACTIVATE SYSTEMS Turn on the ship.
ALLOCATE <helm> <tactical> <operations> Distribute ship's power among <helm>:<tactical>:<operations> in the ratio specified.
AUX <percent> Set auxiliary reactor to operate at <percent> percent.
BATT <percent> Set batteries to operate at <percent> percent.
BEAM FREQUENCY <frequency> Set beam weapon frequency to <frequency>. If your beam frequency matches a target's shield frequency, your beam weapons will ignore the target's shields.
CLOAK FREQUENCY <frequency> Set cloaking device frequency to <frequency>.
CONDENSED STATUS View condensed status report on ship systems.
CONSOLE REPORT Show list of consoles, who is manning them, and their current modes.
DEACTIVATE SYSTEMS Deactivate the ship.
DEFUEL <tons> <ANTIMATTER|DEUTERIUM> Remove <tons> of antimatter or deuterium fuel from the ship. Fuel goes into the base/ship you are berthed at when landed or docked, or is lost otherwise.
DESTRUCT Do this for free fireworks.
EIMPULSE <speed> Set speed to <speed> percent impulse. If <speed> is above your ship's impulse cruising speed, you will take damage over time.
ENGINEERING ALLOCATE <helm> <tactical <operations> Distribute ship's power among <helm>:<tactical>:<operations> in the ratio specified.
ENGINEERING STATUS Get ship's speed, fuel, maintenance and reactor status.
EWARP <speed> Set speed to warp factor <speed>. If <speed> is above your ship's warp cruising speed, you will take damage over time.
FUSION <percent> Set auxiliary reactor to operate at <percent> percent.
HELM ALLOCATE <movement> <shields> <cloak/other> Distribute helm power among <movement>:<sheilds>:<cloak/other> in the ratio specified.
IMPULSE <speed> Set speed to <speed> percent impulse. Speeds above ship's cruising speed will be clipped to cruising speed.

S2S <name>=<message> Send ship to ship message to <name>. Alternately S2S <name>=relay:<message>
SCIENCE ALLOCATE <ecm> <eccm> Split EW power in ratio <ecm>:<eccm>.
SENSOR ALLOCATE <ecm> <eccm> Split EW power in ratio <ecm>:<eccm>.
SHIELD ALLOCATE <f s a p d v> Split shield power among shields in specified f:s:a:p:d:v ratio.
SHIELD FREQUENCY <frequency> Set shield frequency to <frequency>. If this frequency matches an attacker's weapon frequency, your shields will be ineffective versus their weapon.
STATUS Get ship's speed, fuel, maintenance and reactor status.
TACTICAL ALLOCATE <beams> <missiles> <sensors> Distribute tactical power among <beams>:<missiles>:<sensors> in the ratio specified.

SENSOR REPORT View current sensor report.
SET FIRE <type|NONE> Target weapons at specified sub-system. Will reduce overall level of system damage relative to untargetted fire, but increase the amount of damage done to the targetted subsystem. Valid targets for <type> are reactor, engine, weapons, sensor, shield, and hull . Set fire none (or any invalid <type>) will return targetting to standard.
SET SENSOR <type|ALL> Change sensor reports to display only targets of type <type> Valid types are planet, base, anomaly, star, or ship.
SNAP <contact> Lock all weapons on contact <contact>.
SR View current sensor report.
SRS <ON|OFF> Turn on short-range sensors.
STATUS Get status report on current sensor resolution and signature as well as weapon and sensor status. More detailed status on weapons is found using 'BEAM STATUS' and 'MISSILE STATUS'.

Helm/Navigation

Command Description
AIRLOCK LIST Lists airlocks which are available to connect your ship to.
ALLOCATE <movement> <shields> <cloak/other> Distribute ship's power among <movement>:<shields>:<cloak> in the ratio specified. Ships without cloak will typically require no power to <other>.
AQ <message> Broadcasts <message> to the Alpha Quadrant subspace channel.
AUTOPILOT <on|off> Toggle the autopilot on or off.
BAY LIST Lists available shuttlebays on your ship or base.
BORDER REPORT Show distance to borders within 100 PC.
BQ <message> Broadcasts <message> to the Beta Quadrant subspace channel.
CLOAK <ON|OFF|FREQUENCY frequency> Cloak on turns on the cloak. Cloak off turns off the cloak. Cloak frequency changes the cloak frequency.
CONNECT <Bay> Connects your ship to the given bay or pad.
DISCONNECT Close the selected airlock or hatch.
CONDENSED STATUS View condensed status report on ship systems.
CONTACT LIST View current sensor report.
COURSE <yaw> <pitch> <roll> Sets course to the given yaw, pitch and roll.
DETAIL <contact> Get basic information on target, including type, name, bearing, displacement and cargo capacity.
DISTANCE <planet|x y z> TO <planet|x y z> Provides the distance and course between the given planets or coordinates.
DOCK <contact> Lands the ship on <contact>. This must be done within range 1 SU, and the facing shields of your ship and the target must both be lowered.
DQ <message> Broadcasts <message> to the Delta Quadrant subspace channel.
EIMPULSE <speed> Set speed to <speed> percent impulse. If <speed> is above your ship's impulse cruising speed, you will take damage over time.
ENGAGE Sets course to the coordinates last entered by the layin command.
ETA Estimated time to arrival at destination coordinates at current speed.

FS <message Broadcasts <message> to the Fleet subspace channel.
GATE <contact> Move the ship through the given wormhole.
GQ <message> Broadcasts <message> to the Gamma Quadrant subspace channel.
HATCH LIST List available hatches.
HELM ALLOCATE <movement> <shields> <cloak/other> Distribute ship's power among <movement>:<shields>:<cloak> in the ratio specified. Ships without cloak will typically require no power to <other>.
HELM STATUS Get ship's position, course and shield info.
IMPULSE <speed> Set speed to <speed> percent impulse. Speeds above ship's cruising speed will be clipped to cruising speed.
INTERCEPT <contact> Sets destination to <contact> and changes course to intercept it.
LAND <contact> Bring the ship into dock with <contact>. This must be done within range 1 SU, and the facing shields of your ship and the target must both be lowered.
LAS Lowers all shields.
LAUNCH Launches the ship.
LAYIN <planet|x y z> Sets destination to the given coordinates or planet.
LIST BAYS Lists available pads or ports.

NAVIGATION STATUS Get ship's position, course and shield info.
NEBULA REPORT Show bearing, name, location and density of nearby nebulae.
PARALLEL <contact> Sets course to match the course of <contact>.
PITCH <pitch> Set the ship's pitch.
PLANET REPORT <planet> Show bearing, name, class, location and ETA for <planet>. <planet> must be within 100 PC
PLANETS NEAREST Show bearing, name, class, location and ETA for planets within 100 PC.
POD LAYIN <#> Lays in the coordinates of the specified pod shown in Pod Sweep.
POD SWEEP Sweep nearby area for escape pods.
POLAR <planet|x y z> TO <planet|x y z> Provides the distance and course between the given planets or coordinates.
PORTS LIST List available docking ports.
POWER Get a status report on ship's current power allocation
RAISE SHIELD <shield> Raises the given shield.
RAS Raises all shields.
RESET COORDINATES Set the ship's relative frame to galactic standard frame.
REVERSE COURSE Reverses the ship's current course.
ROLL <roll> Set the ship's roll.
S2S <name>=<message> Send ship to ship message to <name>.
SENSOR REPORT View current sensor report.
SET COORDINATES <x y z> Set relative frame to the given coordinates.
SET FRAME <THO|GOR|CAR|FER|ROM|KLI|DOM|FED> Set relative frame to the centre of the given empire. For example, SET FRAME FED sets the ship to the Federation-relative frame.
SET SENSOR <type|ALL> Change sensor reports to display only targets of type <type> Valid types are planet, base, anomaly, star, or ship.
SHIELD ALLOCATE <f s a p d v> Distribute shield power among <front>:<starboard>:<aft>:<port>:<dorsal>:<ventral> in the ratio specified.
SHIELD FREQUENCY <frequency> Set shield frequency to <frequency>. If this frequency matches an attacker's weapon frequency, your shields will be ineffective versus their weapon.
SR View current sensor report.
SRS <ON|OFF> Turn on or off short-range sensors.
STARGATE Activates the stargate transportation system if landed or docked on a stargate
STATUS Get ship's position, course and shield info.
UNDOCK Takes the ship out of dock.
VIEWSCREEN <contact> See the physical description of <contact>.
WARP <speed> Set speed to warp factor <speed>. If <speed> is above your ship's warp cruising speed, you will be set to cruising speed.
YAW <yaw> Set the ship's yaw.

Operations/Command

AIRLOCK LIST Lists all of the airlocks (required for docking) on the ship.
ALLOCATE <transporters> <tractors> <misc> Distribute ship's power among <transporters>:<tractors>:<misc> in the ratio specified. Misc is used to recharge / keep charged batteries.
BAY LIST Lists available shuttlebays on your ship or base.
CARGO MANIFEST Shows a list of cargo carried, and space available.
DISCONNECT Close the selected airlock or hatch.
CONSOLE REPORT Lists all of the consoles and their statuses.
CONTACT LIST View current sensor report.
DEFUEL <tons> <ANTIMATTER|DEUTERIUM> Dump <tons> of specified fuel into space. Irreversible.
DETAIL <contact> Get basic information on target, including type, name, bearing, displacement and cargo capacity.
HATCH LIST Lists all of the hatches (required for landingg) on the ship.
LIST <PADS|PORTS> Lists available pads or ports.
LIST CONTACTS View current sensor report
OPEN <AIRLOCK|HATCH> <airlock|hatch>=<pad|port> Connects the given hatch or airlock to the given pad or port.

OVERHAUL <name> Overhauls the given ship, reducing its Lifetime WF*H to zero, at a cost.
PADS LIST Lists all of the pads on the ship.
POD RECOVER <#> Recovers pods. Must be on top of the pod (0.1 SU or less). Contents of the pod are moved to the appropriate room, either the Medbay or Shuttlebay.
POD SWEEP Sweep nearby area for escape pods.
PORTS LIST Lists all of the ports on the ship.
POWER Get a status report on ship's current power allocation.
REFUEL <name> with <tons> <ANTIMATTER|DEUTERIUM|RESERVES> Transfers given amount of fuel from the ship to the given landed and connected ship. (Only on a base owned by your master org. Anywhere else, please use @QE REFUEL 9999=9999)
S2S <name>=<message> Send ship to ship message to <name>.
SENSOR REPORT View current sensor report.
SERVICE <name> Services the given ship, reducing its Maintenance WF*H to zero, at a cost.
SET SENSOR <type|ALL> Sets sensors to only report and show contacts of given type. Valid types are: ship, base, planet, other.
SR View current sensor report.
STATUS View current operations status.
TRACTORS <ON|OFF|LOCK contact|UNLOCK> Turns tractors on or off; locks tractors on given contact if there is sufficient power to tractors; unlocks tractors from the current contact.
UNCLAMP <pad|port> Unclamps the given pad or port.
VIEWSCREEN <contact> See the physical description of <contact>.

Transporter

Command Description
TRANSPORTER <ON|OFF> Turns the transporter on and off
TRANSPORTER CARGO TARGET <tons> <commodity> Targets cargo for beaming into another hold
TRANSPORTER ENERGIZE Beams the target to the destination
TRANSPORTER ENERGIZE/CARGO Beams the cargo the other ship
TRANSPORTER FREQENCY <frequency> If shield frequency and transporter frequency match, you can beam through the shields
TRANSPORTER LIST Displays the targets in the SOURCE room. ID is only by species.
TRANSPORTER LOCK/<DESTINATION|SOURCE> <contact|HERE> Locks onto a contact or your own vessel
TRANSPORTER SCAN/<DESTINATION|SOURCE> (<room ID>) Scans the destination or source for rooms. Room ID optional if there are several pages of results
TRANSPORTER STATUS Gives information about the transporter
TRANSPORTER SWITCH Switches source & destination (I think)
TRANSPORTER TAG <person> Tags a person in a room, once you've locked onto that room, for beaming
TRANSPORTER TARGET/<DESTINATION|SOURCE> <room|HERE> Locks onto a particular room
TRANSPORTER UNLOCK Disengages the transporter
TRANSPORTER UNTAG <person> Untags a person so that they won't get transported

Tuning

In order to activate tunings, you need at least a 4 in the appropriate console skill. Change to that console mode and type TUNE <SYSTEM>. In all modes, you can do TUNINGS.
