SPECTRE

On Stardate 80982.6, Ian Sturmvogel announced a new trader's association, the Society for the Promotion of Exploration, Commerce, Trade and REtailing, or SPECTRE for short.
In his original message to the galaxy, he described SPECTRE as follows:
"SPECTRE will seek to foster and support communication and networking amongst traders and merchants, as well as safe and responsible commercial ventures and practices. This organization will start small, with simple goals, but as more input is received, it will grow and change to meet the needs of its members. Ultimately, however, SPECTRE must and shall remain an impartial body that supports the larger community of traders, merchants, and retailers in the galaxy."
