OOC Stuff
Joined August of 2009, this was my first attempt at a character that lasted more than a month. I previously had a science officer in the UFP but it never went anywhere.
IC Stuff
Personality
Ricardo sees himself as something of a roguish ladies' man, but he really isn't much of a ladies man, usually too busy with work for dating. While he does have a sense of humor, where his patients' health is concerned, he is very strong willed, and serious, though he does deliver acerbic wit if his patients frustrate him enough.
Speech
Ricardo speaks English fluently, but it is his second language, his first being Spanish. He doesn't use contractions very often, and his speech is often peppered with Spanish. He also speaks with a thick Latin accent, through when it comes to names, he makes an effort to pronounce it correctly, and not let his accent affect it.
History
Relatives
Both his parents live on Earth, in Argentina, and he still contacts them on occasion. The last time he visited was after leaving Betazed.
