Description

Tall -- standing just over six feet -- and athletic, Rasho Brenh is the picture of health. His brown hair is short, spiked up in an unstructured look, but his sideburns have been trimmed to a standard Starfleet point. His blue eyes seem to switch between youthful gazing and experienced reflection, an odd feature for someone who appears to be in his mid twenties.

His jawline is fairly chiseled. Perhaps the one flaw, if one were to consider it so, is his aqualine nose. His face is perpetually covered in a fine stubble -- a five o'clock shadow, as some would call it.

Starting at the hairline, just above his temples, the trademark of his race, brown spots, mottle his skin. They trail down over his temples and down his neck, dissappearing into his clothing.

Rasho was raised in a good family. His childhood was uneventful. He excelled in school and, at a relatively young age, he studied with Jolan Brenh, a prominent scientist. He saw how disciplined and enriched Jolan was, being joined to the Brenh symbiont and decided to work towards becoming joined.

He worked very hard, excelling in quantum mechanics and astrophysics, along with several athletic disciplines. Eventually, he was accepted into the program. By this time, his friend and mentor, Jolan, was very ill, and Jolan asked Rasho to take the Brenh symbiont. Rasho agreed and was joined within the month. Jolan is never far from his thoughts.

With one ultimate goal achieved, Rasho Brenh decided to follow a path that would take him into space to see the universe. He booked passage to Earth so that he could join Starfleet and set out to accomplish a new ultimate goal.

Brenh Symbiont

The Brenh symbiont is relatively young, as far as symbionts go: right around 200 years old. Rasho is the fourth host. The previous hosts include Jolan, Rizeka and Nolyn, the first host. Rasho has been joined for the better part of a decade, so he is pretty comfortable with the integration of the other hosts' personalities.

Jolan: (Born: 2324 Joined: 2359 Died: 2400)

Male. Brilliant scientist. Expert in quantum mechanics. No family. Kept to himself, but took a shine to Rasho. Kept plants as a hobby.

Rizeka: (Born: 2217 Joined: 2240 Died: 2359)

Female. Longest lived of the hosts, so far. Served in Starfleet. Gradually became Chief Engineer on several vessels. Retired in 2300 and designed starships. Present for launch of Enterprise-C. Had a fondness for late-20th/early-21st century Earth rock music.

Nolyn: (Born: 2174 Joined 2200 Died: 2240)

Male. First host. Most aggressive of the hosts. Ace pilot. Weapons expert. Womanizer.

Pre-ATS (Enlists in Starfleet in 2401, serves as a science crewman on various small ships.)

January: (OOC August 2009) Assigned to USS Valley Forge battlegroup, under Captain Kevin G. Montgomery. Quickly ships out to Delta Quadrant to serve on USS Akropolis during Yooli mission.

March: (OOC October 2009) Promoted to Petty Officer. Achieves Flight Certification. Reassigned as part of the Fleet Consolidation and serves under Commander Jaris Daxin and Lt. Commander Aleko Braxx as part of the 214th Fleet, usually on USS Amadeus.

April: (OOC Late Oct/Early Nov 2009) Appointed Acting Chief of Science, 214th Fleet by Commander Aleko Braxx, who himself became CO of the fleet. Played roll in gathering intel on Orz activity and his staging area. On stardate 83317.6 (OOC Nov 16, 2009), served aboard USS Achilles in an allied fleet's defense of the Ferengi world, Tolagor against Orz. Achilles dealt final blow to Orz's mobile base, Defiantly Profitable.

May/June: (OOC November/December 2009) Appointed Chief of Science and enrolled in the Field Officers' Training Program, along with Bishop Essa.

June: (OOC January 2010) Aboard USS Praetorian when it was destroyed by a pirate. Brenh was one of the few that escaped before the ship exploded. Over 200 hands were lost that day.

July: (OOC February 2010) Completed officer training and earned commission as Ensign.

August: (OOC March 2010) Promoted to Lieutenant JG and appointed supervisor to all science divisions.

Late 2406: (OOC Spring/Summer 2010) Promoted to Lieutenant. Eventually given command of USS Akropolis. Assigned to escort duty in Federation space. Temporarily attached to Urquhart Station in the Gamma Quadrant to defend against possible new aggression from the Dominion. After that tapered off, Akropolis was stationed at Darius III to coordinate aid to Nausicaa.

January: (OOC August 2010) Promoted to Lieutenant Commander. Appointed Executive Officer of Starfleet Forces engaged in Fourth GTI Campaign.

January 24, stardate 84065.7: (OOC August 16, 2010) USS Akropolis was among the allied vessels that engaged GTI forces at their base orbiting Urss. Urss was destroyed, several weeks prior. Almost all GTI forces were eliminated, save for Raven, who escaped. USS Akropolis was the only allied ship destroyed.

Late January: Given command of Intrepid-class USS Challenger.

February 8, stardate 84106.8: (OOC August 31, 2010) Promoted to Commander. Appointed Executive officer of 425th Expeditionary Fleet.

Late February through March: (OOC September and October 2010) While departing Trill, the Intrepid-class USS Challenger was destroyed by a warp-core breach. This event started a series of events orchestrated by Arjin Prehl, a joined Trill whose previous host had murderous intentions towards the Brenh symbiont because of an incident involving Nolyn Brenh, centuries ago.

It is believed that the joining of Arjin and Prehl was not performed correctly and the pervious host's personality overwhelmed Arjin. Rasho, with the help of Aleko Braxx and Daniel Blondel was able to apprehend Arjin and ultimately turn him over to Hziki Gard of Trill Global Security.

During this time, Brenh was also assigned as commanding officer of the USS Morrigan.

A few weeks after this incident, Brenh was promoted to Captain and assigned to the newly-built Sovereign-class USS Challenger.
