INTRODUCTION

The Phi'lasasam is the training academy of the Rihannsu Star Empire. When new players enter the game and join the Rihannsu Empire they automatically enter in the Academy new player room. Within the Phi'lasasam is many inspectables which can be read, and tools that the player can use, to setup her/his character, and to gain an understanding of the current state of affairs within the empire, between the empire and other factions, and to get a solid background knowledge of the Rihannsu culture.

After the player enters the game the Khoilmnriir does an interview at which time the character is examined to ensure that the setup has begun correctly. The player then has to decide upon an age for the character, has to choose a House and a planet of origin for the character. The player is given the choice to start a new house which essentially means they are alone in the Empire, or to join an existing house. However some of the houses are closed to new members so the player has to find a house which is accepting new members. Acceptance to a house is fairly automatic.

NOTE: Starting a new house at this time is discouraged as it leaves the player without house affiliation which in Rihannsu society is very important. In order to start a new house it requires Admin approval which is very hard to get.

Next comes the BIG question, 'Are you new or a returning player.' This question is asked so that a training program can be set up. If the player is new, a program of basic training, to more advanced training, to advanced training is set up. If the player is returning or has experiance from another faction from within the game then the training is tailored to the players experiance. The only one who knows if the player is new or returning is the Khoilmnriir. It is irrelavant other than to know how much training the character is going to need.
