Okhala l'Nnaen

Okhala l'Nnaen (Valor), Fire Taker, is an award given to those officers who have served onboard a vessel or as a part of a ground assault force who have excelled in combat outside the borders of the Rihannsu Stelam Shiar as a member of Rihannsu Forces engaging an enemy of the Shiar. Through valorous actions, those who received this award have shown their ability to serve with intrepid courage and personal bravery. Normally recommended by a superior officer, this award can also be given directly from the Fvillha by personal choice in times when a Commanding Officer is either not present or when a mission involved a confidential or extraordinary happenstance.
