Lusankya City

Lusankya City is the name of the ecumenopolis situated on Qvarne IV. The ecumenopolis is divided into Sectors, Grids, Mega-Blocks, Blocks, and Sub-Blocks.

Lusankya City was greatly disassembled and the remaining ruins abandoned by the Qvarne Prosivisional Government after the Kzinti occupation.

Messier Starport Region

• Avenue of Triumph - Messier Starport is located here, as well as a fantastic assortment of residential accommodations for travelers of all kinds. Also the location of some famous foreign eateries and boutiques.

• Dalyn Quays - Decimated after the Isola Canzone Disaster, Dalyn Quays was thought to be irreparable. After the diligent efforts of locals, however, the quays were reopened in October of 2401. Dalyn Quays is home to some of the best seafood eateries on the planet.

• Entertainment District - Everything can be found in the entertainment district. A hedonistic delight for all ages and species.

• Memorial Way - A solemn reminder of the lives lost in the name of Qvarne, Memorial Way is a two kilometer stretch of the statues of the lost. It was commissioned by Vena Delukanasi after the Isola Canzone disaster of 2401. Home to the terrestrial offices of HFI

• Messier Starport - is the largest landing hub on Qvarne IV. It is also the more luxurious, run exclusively by the government. In recent times, gaining permission to land or dock in these facilities was an extremely prestigious honor, but now it is open to all visiting Lusankya City. This spaceport is filled with restaurants, shops, hotels, and even a few casinos. Heavily-armed guards secure the entire facility, a patrol team never too far away. By merely displaying their armament as they do, the guards can subdue trouble diplomatically before it even begins. Because of the immensity of this place, most people travel about the spaceport on a monorail system that coils about the inner-workings here.

It is located at Sector-Grid 25-F, Mega-Block 47, Block 88, Sub-Block F.

• Minerva Park - Named for the daughter of Vena Delukanasi who was lost in the Battle for Viltvodle, Minerva Park is an immense area set aside during the construction of the city as a refuge for the local flora. High-end restaurants and hotels can be found here.

• Peace Row - The embassy center of Qvarne IV, this is where the embassies of all treatied nations have been constructed. It also contains the neighborhoods of some of the more prominent citizens of the Unified Qvarne Sector.

• Unification Plaza - The government center, Unification Plaza is also a picturesque, architectural achievement. Home to the Senatorium and permanent berth to the immense Capital Palace, this area never fails to delight. Tours begin at 0700 local time and end at 1800.

The Valley of Omens

Former home of the s'Khellian Estate. A memorial has since been erected.

  The monolith is a very smooth, hexagonal cylinder. Silver veins glint 
  softly in the sunlight, refracting within and producing a hazy glow.
  
  On each side of the monolith is a series of eight, unique Romulan 
  faces formed in jade and bordered in fine platinum. Below each is 
  written the individual's name.
  
  A small plaque on the north side reads:
  
                          'We never forsook you.'
