Standing at roughly six Terran feet, Lucius can best be described as having a medium build. His hair is a deep black in color, and has been allowed to grow to a medium length. His hair has been cut carefully, creating layers in his hair. His hair is combed back from his features, appearance natural. His eyes are a light blue color, almost icy in appearance, and take in the environs around him with a keen gaze. Situated above his eyes are a pair of black eyebrows, rather bushy and a mild arch to them. His nose is thin, and rest above a pair of thin lips. Behind his thin lips, his white teeth are apparent, quite well taken care of. The stubble around his chin and mouth has been carefully trimmed and shaped into the form of a very light goatee. Stubble upon his cheeks and jawline are also apparent, a slight five o'clock shadow on his features.
Born on Earth, in the city of New York, Lucius Harrington grew up in a life of comfort. His family, while citizens of the Federation, focused on commercial endeavors outside of the Federation, running a holding company by the name of Harrington Enterprises.
Lucius would have continued to lead a normal, content life as a manager in his family's holding company. That is, until his family made a severely bad business decision. With the backing of a Ferengi investor, Harrington Enterprises invested a large sum of latinum into a small cap corporation devoted to medical drug development. Harrington Enterprises stood to make a formidable return if the star drug being produced by the company was approved. But as with many high-risk high-uncertainty scenarios...the dice rolled in the wrong direction, and approval was denied.
The medical company collapsed under bankruptcy, and Harrington Enterprises was unable to recover its investment. Once investors in Harrington Enterprises - particularly the Ferengi - heard of the failure of the medical company to produce a marketable drug, they swooped upon Harrington Enterprise with gusto. Lawsuits were filed, and despite Harrington Enterprises' best efforts to stave off investors, they lost. Assets were sold, ships were impounded, and all that made up Harrington Enterprises was sold to pay back debt on its book. But even then, with all assets distributed, there was still debt to be paid.
Without much to his name, and with his family's tarnished credit following him, Lucius set about in a desperate attempt to leave his family's troubles behind and venture to a new economic beginning. With the meager funds he managed to save and a few personal belongings to keep travel easy, Lucius set to revive his name and hopefully stave off any future attempts by creditors to harass him.
