Karina McGuinness

Commander Karina Ann McGuinness, MD, is currently serving as the Commanding Officer of Starfleet's Medical ship, the Saber-class USS Pasteur, in addition to serving as the Fleet Medical Officer, 214th Fleet. Additionally, she is a past member of the Federation Cabinet, previously serving as Secretary of the Interior.
