Kae Oleera

Organization
The Kae Oleera is an organization dedicated to investigate crimes committed violating Dominion Law, both inside and outside, and executing punishments. Inside the Dominion, they have the right to be transported by Jem'Hadar ships to their locations, and in investigating, their place in the Chain of Command may be even higher than the one of the Tel Cynar; in most cases, it's below though. Outside the Dominion, the Kae Oleera executes punishments against people who did or will harm the Dominion. The Vegans with their history of assassins are perfect for this suborganization. Kae Oleera investigators also have the right to demand a small amount of Jem'Hadar forces, if they need a small assault team.
Also, the Kae Oleera has representatives on the Dominion planets, assuring the maintaining of order on these planets.
The ranks within the Kae Oleera are the following ones, with 1. Being the highest rank:
- Kjin/Kjin've
- Si'kol
- Qui/Que
The Head of the Kae Oleera, a Kjin or Kjin've usually coordinates the investigators (Si'kol) below him/her, while the Qui/Que are the ones doing smaller tasks.
Role Playing
Generally, Kae Oleera should act calm and composed. Since generally their presence shouldn't be known, the Kae Oleera should stay inconspicuous, if possible, even if being a Vegan actually makes everyone wonder if that person belongs to the Kae Oleera indeed.
The dominant race within the Kae Oleera should be the Vegans.
