Description
What anyone can see about this Caitian is almost always his height. Comparable to many male humans in this respect, one could put a yardstick next to him and measure off his height from eartip to bare foot as near six feet tall. But that does not distract from his golden fur, well kept and smoothed to reduce problems with other people yet at the same time accentuates his sleek and agile build as is typical for his race.
Another striking, but altogether common racial trait would be his yellow eyes. Like every Caitian before him, they are well adapted for traveling in very dark areas. He has no real mane to speak of, just a thick collection of fur that is a darker shade of gold than the rest of his visible fur. And his tail, in a matching golden hue to his body, flows down well past his knees to come up one or two inches short of his ankles.
When considered next to his collar, which he wears as if to protect his neck from attack, he would seem to be no older than twenty-five terran years and was specially chosen to match his Star Fleet uniform. But again being typical to his race, he keeps his claws well-dulled so as to not damage anything he works with. But even though these claws are dull, they are not dulled enough so as to be totally useless. And as one last note, he carries a slightly ragged look of someone who had been in a few military campeigns. These take shape of a "patchwork" color quality to some of the fur on his face, left hand, left foot, and even his tail which seems to be missing two vertebre near the middle, a surgical proceedure which isn't all too noticeable at first glances. He also doesn't even bother with boots or footwear.
On his right ankle he is wearing a royal blue cloth ankle bracelet made of the same material as his neck collar.
