Drogh Return to Homeworld

Subject: Drogh Return to Delta Quadrant
Citizens of the Federation,
The past two days have been very busy for some individuals in Starfleet. As you are all aware, the Drogh were stranded in the Alpha and Beta quadrant as a result of an anomaly which pulled them from their home space. It has been the goal of our government to support the Drogh on their mission to return to their homeworld. Our government was successfully able to work within the principals of the Federation to provide support to these beings in need. The Drogh had settled on the planet Stobi II and re-named the planet to "This Planet". A few days ago the anomaly was located within Klingon space. The anomaly moved at an exponentially increasing distance through space. It became vital that the Drogh make their departure as soon as possible before the anomaly moved out of distance of their ships. Starfleet was able to quickly respond to the need to aide the Drogh in transporting beings off of the planet to their colony ship. The USS Lacerta remained in orbit of the colony ship and planet transporting Drogh to safety. Other governments later assisted with this effort. Today the Drogh colony ship made its way, under Starfleet escort, to the anomaly and returned to the Delta Quadrant. No remaining Drogh have been reported within the alpha or beta quadrant since the colony ship departed. The anomaly continues to move away from space claimed by known governments.
On behalf of the Federation Council I would like to thank those members of Starfleet who aided the Drogh in returning to their homeworld. We have had an interesting journey working with the Drogh and the true spirit of the Federation shone through. While others feared the Drogh we assisted them. I am proud today to report that the mission of returning the Drogh to their homeworld has been completed.
