The DQ Sensor Net Agreement (Sensor Grid Alpha)

   * Function of this amendment

To more completely map and understand tactics Hirgoen and Borg agressors in the DQ

To keep channels of commuincation open between all parties operating in the DQ

To work amongst other groups in the DQ to corrdinate defensive and offensive movements in the DQ

Parties to this agreement agree to:

Release Reporting information to the Shared SGA Subspace Network.

This information will be provided to the network for use amongst the other network members.

Parties that sign this agreement retain control of thier installations connected to the DQ - SGA Subspace Network.

The parties subscribing and providing network information will recieve informtion from all other reporting nodes of the network.

Once signed all parties will agree to change the naming prefix of all connected bases to the SGA network to [SGA], Color and other conventions will follow.

   * Ascenting to this Agreement

Once Reviewed parties may ascent and agree to this document.

At the agreement of a third party, of the agreement of a non-administrator nation the agreement is in force.

A 30-day review upon this agreement going inforce will allow other nations to agree as well.

Cost to join the SGA during the 30 day review is 100,000 Latinum bars.

This Fee will be held in a non-interest bearing account.

Costs post review period will consist of a codified charge of 100,000 per member nation reporting to the channel. This fee can be reduced to a minimum of 150,000 latinum bars upon agreement from 2/3rds of the participating nations and the administrator of the 'SGA'

   * Withdrawing from the agreement

Parties may withdraw from the agreement at any time, however they must provide the SGA Administrators 3 days notice prior to disconnection from the grid.

Once disconnected removal from the shared subspace network is to be expected.

A reconnection charge will be assesed for all those wishing to rejoin the network after voluntary disconnection. This fee will be assessed upon application to rejoin

   * Ownership Structure

The SGA will be a co-operative corporation under the rules of both Bajor and Chemarra.

Within these rules the administrators of this agreement and network are further known as 'the administrators'

Shared administration of the network by personnel from both the BFN and GFA will ensure this network is not used for aggressive motives against other nations in the DQ.

   * The Administration of the SGA

The SGA will be administered by a 3 member committee consisting of

   ** The Prime Tranche

This postion if filled by a member of the non-incorporated nations this position will be filled at all times and only requires a majority vote of the non-incorporated nations to elect an Adjudicator

   ** The Cadillac Tranche

This position will be filled by a member of the GFA, as representing a 50% share holder this position has a retail value of 1,000,000 latinum bars. It is transferable only to Alliance Citizens and is under the review of the FCA

   **The Mason Trance

This postion will be filled by a member of the BFN, as representing a 50% share holder this position has a retail value of 1,000,000 latinum bars. It is transferable only to Bajorian Nation Citizens and is under the review of the Vedek Assembly
