Conclave Members

Sector 1 - Grand Nagus

• Voting member of the Conclave.
• Controls the planet Ferenganor.
• Is in charge of the Tower of Commerce.
• Selects the FCA Director if the current position is vacated or empty.
• Selects their Grand Proxy if needed.
• Selected by an FCA audit of who has the highest total net worth, contributions allowed from any source.
  • Winner can be over-turned by an unanimous Conclave vote.
• Must be of the Ferengi race.

Sector 2 - Daon

• Voting member of the Conclave.
• Controls the planets Llystad and Tolagor.
• Selects their uDaon if needed.
• Selected by an FCA auction of who has the highest bid for Sector 2.
  • Winner can be over-turned by an unanimous Conclave vote.
• Any orbital facilities around Llystad or Tolagor will remain property of that region.

Sector 3 - Daon

• Voting member of the Conclave.
• Controls the planets Fenalgar and Arcybite.
• Selects their uDaon if needed.
• Selected by an FCA auction of who has the highest bid for Sector 3.
  • Winner can be over-turned by an unanimous Conclave vote.
• Any orbital facilities around Fenalgar or Arcybite will remain property of that region.

Sector 4 - Daon

• Voting member of the Conclave.
• Controls the planets Zekit and Nausicaa.
• Selects their uDaon if needed.
• Selected by an FCA auction of who has the highest bid for Sector 4.
  • Winner can be over-turned by an unanimous Conclave vote.
• Any orbital facilities around Zekit or Nausicaa will remain property of that region
  • This includes Quinn's Moon, which will remain as the GFA's penal colony.

Sector 5 - FCA Director

• Standing member of the Conclave.
  • Only votes if Conclave is unable to reach a decision.
• Controls the planet Chemarra and oversees Golgafrincham XI, Artificier II and Wroja III.
• Is in charge of handling Daon elections.
  • Publishes all viable bids during election time.
  • Determines Daon election winner based on highest bid.
    • Bid can be over-turned by an unanimous Conclave vote.
• Is in charge of handling Grand Nagus elections.
  • Publishes current Ferengi in the riding and their total net worth.
  • Determines Grand Nagus election winner based on their total net worth.
    • Bid can be over-turned by an unanimous Conclave vote.
• Issues business licenses.
• Determines tax rates for FCA Trade Guild.
• Can only be removed by stepping down or by an unanimous Conclave vote.

Conclave Representatives

Grand Proxy

• If the Grand Nagus has gone missing, or has taken a lengthy absence from their duties, the Grand Proxy serves as their temporary public representative.
• If the Grand Nagus has died, the Grand Proxy serves as their temporary public representative. They will remain in this position until a new Grand Nagus has been elected.
• As the temporary public representative, the Grand Proxy holds the Grand Nagus' vote on the Conclave.
  • If no Grand Proxy has been assigned, the position and Conclave vote remains unoccupied.

uDaon

• If their respective Daon has gone missing, or has taken a lengthy absence from their duties, the uDaon serves as their temporary public representative.
• If their respective Daon has died, the uDaon serves as their temporary public representative. They will remain in this position until a new Daon auction has been completed.
• As the temporary public representative, the uDaon holds the Daon' vote on the Conclave.
  • If no uDaon has been assigned, the position and Conclave vote remains unoccupied.
