Overview
The BSV Freedom was commissioned in 2396, and Nepet Tolfar Shkork was placed in command of the Cruiser. The Freedom is an Orion-class Battlecruiser which left Bajor in 2397 for an extended mission in the Gamma Quadrant. The GQ Missions are confidential, although sources say that the Freedom made several first contacts with various species, and engaged the Borg more than once. During the mission, the Freedom made several key discoveries, mainly in medicine, and various other scientific discoveries. In 2404, the Freedom was ordered back to Bajor, and assigned to Auxiliary duties on DS9.
