BMF Aotearoa

The BMF Aotearoa is a Class V Freighter, owned and operated by the Bajoran Free Merchants guild. Ships named Aotearoa have historicaly been used by the Ian and Aidoann Sturmvogel.
The Aotearoa was chistened as such after the Maori name for New Zealand, where Ian Sturmvogel was born. 'Aotearoa' means 'Land of the long white cloud.'
