Amanda-Anne Bailey is a non-commissioned officer in Starfleet, currently assigned to the USS Veracity. She is quite young for someone of such a high rank and position, a mere 19 years old, yet a Master Chief Petty Officer.

Description
The following is a brief description of Amanda-Anne Bailey.
A young female, 5'2" tall, undeniably human. Her whole appearance is petite. She looks to be about 19 to 21 years old. Her head is covered in fine black hair, held in a ponytail that reaches down just past her shoulders. She has slate gray eyes, slightly almond-shaped, with long eyelashes and delicate black brows. Her nose is small, slightly concave. Her mouth, with slightly thin lips, is filled with white, even teeth. Her body is built very slim, with little extra muscle or fat visible on her, a slim stomach, and relatively small breasts and buttocks.
Personal History
Childhood
Amanda-Anne Bailey was born in Canberra, on the Australian continent on Earth, to parents Michael and Kate Bailey. She was an only child growing up, and so found other ways to amuse herself. She was always exceptional while she was growing up. From a very early age, she could be found taking apart simple mechanincal devices for fun. From there, she grew an interest in the processes of how things worked, and from there, into the engineering field.
She progressed through her schooling on Earth at a normal rate, however she had extra-curricular activities well beyond her years, to help her to engage her passion, with proper supervision so that she didn't accidentally blow the school into its component atoms. She also travelled her home planet widely before her entry to Starfleet, not even to visit Luna.
Starfleet Life
In 2401, she enlisted into Starfleet, and after basic training, was assigned to the USS Cochrane's engineering department. She served with distinction, earning her way through the ranks at high speed. While assigned to the Cochrane, she attended the Klingon Military Academy, made possible by the Klingon-Federation relations of the time, in the days when the alliance was strong.
After many months aboard the USS Cochrane, Starfleet was reorganised, and she was assigned to the USS Lacerta, as its Chief of Engineering, where she earnt her way up to the rank of Chief Petty Officer.
After another shakeup of the fleet, she was assigned to the USS Agamemnon, where she served as both Chief of Engineering and Chief of the Boat, working for the interests of the non-commissioned officers and enlisted personnel aboard the ship.
In a fleet reorganisation, her entire crew, along with that of another vessel, was transferred to the USS Valiance, Sovereign class, Starfleet's flagship, and she was assigned as Chief of the Boat and Engineering Specialist, and on Stardate 80388.9, she was promoted to Master Chief Petty Officer, the highest non-commissioned rank in Starfleet.
Following a series of ship destructions, she was reassigned, with the rest of her crew, to the USS Brandywine, and then the USS Agamemnon, where she was returned to her former position of Engineering Specialist.
When her Captain, Luke Zitto, departed the ship to become President of the Federation, she was reassigned with the rest of her crew to the USS Veracity, as Chief of the Boat.
Awards
At the completion of one year of active service in Starfleet, she was awarded the Extended Service Award.
For her involvement in the Battles of Iure Prime and Qvarne, she, along with others who served, was awarded the Qvarne Star of Comrades.
At an awards ceremony on stardate 80188.6, she was awarded the Good Conduct Ribbon and the Interstellar Service Award.
At another awards ceremony on stardate 81357.4, she was awarded the Combat Ribbon and Fleet Commendation Ribbon, and the first clusters on her Good Conduct Ribbon and Extended Service Award.
